Business systems may include a laid down procedure on how certain aspects of the enterprise should be handled or done. It also includes the passage of information from word of mouth from one point to another.  A company might have a great staff, a strong vision but lack a good system in place. Such kinds of businesses will make losses, and numerous questions would be asked concerning the high staff present.  Business systems glue all the weak links in a company and provide for efficient delivery of services from the company to its consumers. Systemised businesses are easy to duplicate and scale up which leads to growth.
